Background
Steve joined WebMed in January 2024. With a solid foundation in the behavioral health field and a commitment to ongoing professional development, he is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental well-being. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 2009, laying the groundwork for his passion for understanding human behavior and facilitating positive change. Steve has been an LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) since 2014, and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Science in Education with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
With six years of experience working with adolescents and nine years working with adults, Steve brings a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals at different stages of life. His empathetic approach, combined with evidence-based practices, allows him to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns and work towards meaningful change..
