Support everyone as their own individual, unique case in hopes to inspire them to regain their sense of purpose and find inner strength to regain control of their lives, living life in a healthy, fulfilled manner.
Background
Kali graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, then continued her academic pursuits at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, where she earned her Masters of Science in Education for Clinical Counseling in 2014.
As a board-approved clinical supervisor for LPCC, LPC, and LADC, Kali is committed to supporting the professional growth and development of fellow clinicians. With 14 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Kali has honed her expertise across various settings, including crisis residential/response services, mental health counseling, community support, and substance use services. Her extensive background also includes valuable experience in healthcare settings, where she has worked with elderly individuals, children, sexual offenders, and persons with disabilities.
Since February 2020, Kali has been an integral part of the WebMed team, where she brings her diverse skill set to provide comprehensive care to clients. She started with WebMed as a therapist, and has since contributed to our community support services and substance use disorder programming teams, providing direction as a Clinical Supervisor and Treatment Director.
Kali’s approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, compassion, and evidence-based practices. She believes in the importance of meeting clients where they are in their journey and empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength. With Kali’s guidance, clients can expect personalized support, collaborative goal-setting, and a safe therapeutic space to explore their concerns and work towards positive change and growth.
