Background

Abbie is a dedicated ARMHS Worker and Clinical Trainee of Therapy with a passion for supporting individuals in their journey towards mental wellness and empowerment. As a student in the Clinical Counseling program at the University of Wisconsin-Superior and 2.5 years of hands-on experience in the mental health field, Abbie brings a compassionate approach to her role at WebMed.

Abbie’s journey in the mental health field has been shaped by her commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of youth and individuals within the system. Her background in narration and criminal justice, coupled with secondary specializations in victimology and psychology, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of human behavior and the impact of trauma on mental well-being.

As a member of the American Counseling Association, Abbie is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice and professional excellence in her work. Joining WebMed in July of 2023 as an ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) Worker, and now a Clinical Trainee of Therapy, Abbie is committed to providing personalized support and advocacy for individuals striving to improve their mental health and overall well-being.
